What i found is that 11/12 countries selected in europe are members of the “European Network for the Study of Cholangiocarcinoma” the exception was Finland. This is no coincidence !!

Luciferase er et veldig vanlig kjemikalie å bruke for å studere forskjellige cellulære funksjoner. Jeg ville ikke lagt noe spesielt i dette. Jeg har personlig brukt Luciferase 100-vis av ganger uten at min tilknytning til Roche har blitt noe sterkere av den grunn

Interresting. That maybe means that the doctors will probably recommend the RELEASE study for the patients. That was what this study was for. Genius!
And how many patients are estimated to be enrolled in Finland?

@Bonusfrelst this also tells us that those countries have probably a relatively higher incidence rate but most importantly it also tells us that there is a good awareness and scientific backing for this orphan indication in the countries selected and the need for a better treatment.I believe this will have a great influence on patients orientation to participate in the trial, which I consider extremely positive for the Pivotal Study.

Medisiner vil vi ha men å delta med kapital og risiko , nei det får utlendingene ta seg av.
På toppen av dette så kan en i tillegg bli beskylt for å være et kapitalist-svin som lever på andres ulykke.
Så hvorledes henger det egentlig sammen?
For å ta spranget fra forskning til medisin på markedet så er der nær sagt bare en farbar vei for bioteksektoren og det er emisjon.
Så hvem er det som tar høy risiko og betaler biotek slik at der kommer ny medisin på markedet.
Det er du og meg , mannen og kvinnen i gata.
Vi er selvsagt profitt-motivert men det skulle da bare mangle.
Hvor blir det av støtten fra det offentlige og banker og fond.
Burde de ikke ha litt skamevett og tatt sin del for fellesskapets gode.
Vi er alle pasienter og burde støttet opp om kampn mot kreft , HIV , mm og ikke snike oss unna.
Det at småaksjonærene skal dra dette korstogen mot kreft i Norge fører jo bare til dagens situasjon som er tilnærmet totalt fravær av kjøpere.
Noe å tenke på den dagen en selv står overfor sykdom og lidelse.
Jeg synes det IKKE er greit at Norge har valgt å ikke ta sitt ansvar men istedet lar andre ta regningen.

My interpretation of PW ranking of Fimanac collaborations in Q2 is that I’m don’t believe that Biontech is even the second most important among all collaborations, it was pretty clear to the point he said I agree with you for the first 1 which is top 10 pharma. For me Fimanac future = Top 10 Pharma (the rest is bonus)

I would say that I would agree with you with #1, the top 10 pharma is the most important. Now the ranking between the others has to do more with just the size of the companies. It’s also the fit and their strategic interest currently with that fit, so to speak. So I’m not going to prioritize all of these because it also changes to some extent during the collaborations.
